Copyright Notice:  Image copyright is solely owned by Florida Property Photos and View by Video, Inc. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made.  Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images, please contact us for more details.

Photo Rights and Usage for Architectural Photography:  The original agent who paid for this service has permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale or rent with the agency with whom the original photo shoot was ordered.

Images cannot be sold to another agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing, or is acting as a new, primary management company or rental agency.

Failure to pay for the images will result in a copyright infringement/violation. You will be asked to remove the image from any electronic or printed form of advertisement. Failure to stop using them may result in legal action. Florida Property Photos and View by Video, Inc retain the right to use any images taken for their own promotional use regardless of payment.

Scheduling:  Please use our online booking system here to book a photo shoot or Matterport Tour with us. Alternatively, email us at studio@floridapropertyphotography.com.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Fees: Cancellations made within 24hrs of the shoot date for a property, other than for weather, are subject to a $50 fee. Same day cancellations are subject to a $100 fee. If a journey is made to a property and the home cannot be shot, either due to cleaning, renovations, construction or any other situation out of our control, a flat fee of $150 + $50 per hour will be imposed. For twilight shoots, the fee is $200 + $75 per hour. These fees apply regardless to whether you booked through our site or directly with one of our team members. These fees apply to all customers.

Scheduling: If the client elects to proceed with a photo shoot on a day where weather is less than favorable, payment for that photo shoot is still required and a return trip charge will apply to shoot any remaining photographs.

Payment: Payment is required within 48 hours of delivery of the images to agent. Late fees will apply to all accounts after 7 days of non-payment.

Florida Creative Group LLC doing business as Florida Property Photography operates the website www.floridapropertyphotography.com and related mobile applications (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Service. We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
